Dear Online Banking/Online Bill Payment Subscriber:
On September 25, 2008 METRO Federal Credit Union will begin converting all current online banking and online bill payment subscribers to a new and improved system. This conversion will be essentially transparent.
However, we will require for you to re-register for online banking. If you have been using online bill payment, your information will be converted automatically for you.
For online bill pay subscribers,
we will
transfer and convert your existing
vendor/payees. Any previously scheduled
payments or recurring payments will also be
converted automatically for you.
However, we cannot keep a history of your
payments prior to this upgrade. We recommend
printing a copy of your history if you
consider it important.
Our new online banking system will allow you to set “Alerts”
for things that are important to you. For example, you will able to set an “Alert” to trigger an email when your account balance falls below a threshold set by you. Another “Alert” can be set to email you when a specific check has been cashed.
These new features will be available at no extra cost to you. Online banking access is free to all members.
