to assist you in moving your account. The easy-to-follow, three-form process
can be completed at your home, office or in the financial institution.
The first form alerts your current financial
institution when you want to close your account and where to forward your
money when the account is closed. Once you complete the form, mail or bring
it to the institution where you are closing your account.
A second form is the direct deposit form
that you can give to your employer when you are ready to activate direct
deposit at METRO Federal Credit Union. The final form transfers all
automatic transactions. This form informs participating companies of your
new checking account information.
