A New and Improved Digital Banking Experience is Here!

METRO is happy to announce exciting improvements to our online banking login experience and mobile app that will make managing your finances easier and more convenient than ever before.  At METRO we are committed to providing you with the best possible banking experience and these enhancements are designed to do just that!

 

What’s New in Our Online Banking:

Streamlined Access: We have simplified the login process to ensure that you can access your accounts quickly while maintaining the highest level of security.  With our updated login page, you’ll spend less time logging in and more time managing your finances.

Enhanced Security: Your financial security is our top priority.  Our improved login system includes advanced security features to safeguard your personal and financial information, giving you peace of mind every time you log in.

User-Friendly Interface: We have redesigned the interface to be more intuitive and user-friendly.  Whether you’re a tech-savvy user or new to online banking, you’ll find our login system easy to navigate. 

 

The Online Banking user interface has automatically updated as of 10/17/2023.  You do not need to re-enroll on the updated login page.  Please continue using your existing Login ID and Security Code to access your account.  If you have any trouble logging in, please call us at 847-670-0456 for assistance.

 

 

It’s Here: Branded Mobile App

 

What’s New in Our Mobile App:

METRO is getting its very own Branded Mobile App!! Currently, all members are utilizing the TouchBanking mobile application, which is a stock app for many credit unions.  METRO has decided to personalize its mobile app and make your user experience even better!


Branded Mobile App:
METRO now has its own branded mobile app available for download in the app stores!

When the app is available in the mobile app stores, you will need to download the New METRO App and log in using the same Login ID and Security Code.

If you haven’t logged in recently, you’ll be prompted to upgrade to the “new version” when you launch your TouchBanking mobile app.

* Click on the “Update Now” button to be directed to your App Store.

* Download the METRO Branded App and sign in using your existing Logon ID and Security Code.  (You will NOT need a mobile app code.)

* Once signed in to the updated app, you can delete the TouchBanking application.
